Ioanna Ntenti is a London-based registered Nutritional Therapist with a passion for using whole and organic foods as medicine for common health complaints. She holds a diploma from the London College of Naturopathic Medicine, specialising in naturopathic and nutritional therapeutics. She graduated after completing over 200 hours of practical clinics. In June 2018, she partnered with Epilium & Skin, the French Medical Beauty clinic in London, to open her practice at 25-27 George St, Marylebone, where she treats patients with various health issues, including skin conditions (e.g. acne, redness, eczema, psoriasis), weight management and underlying gut conditions. In June 2020, she partnered with Tinto, a women's health technology platform providing personalised support and guidance to women during their motherhood journey via accessible expert and peer support and AI-driven coaching. Ioanna supports women with antenatal and postpartum nutrition as well as weight management.

Focusing on providing a holistic mind-and-body approach, Ioanna designs each programme according to the ’Ntenti Method’ and specifically adapts it to the needs of each of her clients. The ’Ntenti Method’ has a track record of proven results and encourages adopting life-changing nutritional habits with a long-term positive impact on health and general well-being.

Being raised in Greece and in a household that valued fresh Mediterranean produce, she developed a passion for healthy, nutritious food from an early age. Following her graduation from the Department of Nursing of the Institute of Vocational Training of Athens in 2009, she worked in the clinical pathology department at the Metropolitan Hospital in Athens. As part of the surgical response team, she specialised in general patient recovery processes and specifically focused on post-trauma care of bones and skin tissue. Following being awarded runner-up in Greece’s Next Top Model TV show, Ioanna was signed to international modelling agencies and worked on campaigns for Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and represented iconic brands such as L’Oreal, Chanel and Agent Provocateur. Her modelling work taught her the vital impact of nutrition not just on weight and skin but also on mental health.

’Ntenti Method’ core principles:

  • taking a holistic tailored approach, focusing on the mind-body connection.

  • blending learnings from Eastern natural healing methods (Traditional Chinese and Indian Ayurvedic) and Western practices to treat the underlying causes of discomfort.

  • inspiring to adopt life-changing healthy eating habits with long-term positive results.

  • encouraging non-punishing behavioural change

"Throughout my career, from being a nurse specialising in post-trauma care, to my modelling work, to researching foods as medicine during my naturopathic studies, I have developed a therapeutic approach to nutrition that combines learnings from all three disciplines. From the importance of the mind-body connection to heal the underlying health condition to the importance of feeling and looking your best and finally to make long-lasting changes in nutritional habits, I have always been passionate about helping people make a positive change in their lives"
